Crescent Petroleum, a Sharjah-UAE based oil and gas company, the Government of Sharjah and six prominent investors from the G.C.C. region have invested in Sajaa Gas Private Limited Company (SajGas), a company established by Sharjah Emiri decree, to build, own and operate a gas sweetening plant at Sajaa in Sharjah.

Crescent is the developer of a project for the supply and transmission of natural gas by pipeline from its facilities, located offshore Sharjah in the UAE, the subsequent sweetening by SajGas and processing at Sajaa and the sale of dry gas to existing users.

The Emirate of Sharjah, geographically central to the UAE, is an established gas supply hub for the Northern Emirates. The SajGas plant is located adjacent to a major existing gas processing facility. The Plant will process feed gas supplied by Crescent and deliver the resultant sweet gas for further processing and delivery to the end users.                                                                                                 More details
